G Suite SMTP Settings | G Suite IMAP Settings

  1. Go to your iPhone settings and choose ‘Mail, Contacts, Calendars’.
  2. Click on the Add Account button and select ‘Other’.
  3. Select Add Mail Account and enter the following details in the New Account section:
  • Name: Your name as to want to appear as sender name
  • Address: Your full G Suite email address
  • Password: Your full G Suite account password
  • Description: Provide any description of your choice
  1. Tap on the ‘Next’ button.
  2. Select protocol type IMAP and provide the following details under Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server:
  • Name, Address and Description: Already filled in
  • Hostname:
  • User Name: Your full G Suite email address
  • Password: Your full G Suite account password
  1. Click on Next > Save.
  2. After a few moments, you will be redirected to the Mail, Contacts, Calendars screen.
  3. Tap on G Suite and scroll down to select Advanced.
  4. Now, choose additional settings for IMAP.
  • For IMAP connection, select port 993 (with SSL) or port 143 (without SSL).
  • For SMTP connection, select port 465 (with SSL) or port 587 (without SSL).
  1. Once the settings are verified, you will be able to access your G Suite account on your iPhone.
